Job ID: BROADBEAN_692041785326821Reference: JN-072026-487120Location: Limerick, CorkContract: PermanentCategory: Engineering / Chemical/ProcessShift: AfternoonPosted: 2026-07-29Recruiter: Lisa CullinaneEmail: View email address on click.appcast.io RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Site Services Manager to lead service operations, site projects, and specialist works across pharmaceutical and industrial environments.You'll be balancing time between site and office in north Co Cork -overseeing teams, coordinating multiple projects, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.If you've progressed from mechanical, site services, or project delivery into management-this will feel like a natural next step.________________________________________What You'll Be Doing* Managing service operations, site projects, and multiple concurrent activities* Coordinating labour, equipment, subcontractors, and materials* Acting as the key link between clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders* Ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget* Supporting projects from enquiry and quotation through to completion* Preparing estimates, quotations, and service proposals* Monitoring performance, costs, and resource utilisation* Building and maintaining strong client relationships________________________________________What We're Looking For* Background in pharma, biotech, food & beverage, or industrial/process environments* Experience in mechanical services, maintenance, construction, or site services* Proven experience managing teams, subcontractors, and multiple projects* Strong understanding of project delivery and operational coordination* Commercial awareness with experience in quoting or estimating works* Confident communicator with clients and site teams* Full driving licence________________________________________Nice to Have (but not essential)* Experience with pipework, commissioning, passivation, or industrial services* Exposure to shutdowns or large-scale project delivery* Knowledge of GMP / regulated environments* Relevant safety certs (Safe Pass, IOSH, etc.)________________________________________Why Join?* Key leadership role within a growing engineering business* Opportunity to shape and develop service and project operations* Strong pipeline of work with established clients* Varied role across multiple sites and projects* Competitive salary + travel opportunities________________________________________Adecco Ireland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
