Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to develop patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, well-rounded care
• Guide Patients and Families: Inform patients and their families about therapy methods to encourage ongoing support and progress at home
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans accordingly to keep patients on their path to recovery

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education and further certification are encouraged and well-supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
