Verifies insurance coverage and clarifies available financial resources for patient care. Contacts patients regarding past due balances and facilitates payment arrangements.How you’ll make us better:Verify patient eligibility, submit insurance claims, and manage process until claim is fundedCommunicate with patients regarding past due accounts using phone, email, and text messagingWork with clinic team members to ensure payments are collectedCollect and process payments on past due accountsWork with patients to make payment arrangements as necessaryPerform general office and administrative duties assisting with the patient processProcess and document clinic forms accurately to ensure HIPAA and State law compliance (i.e., patient records, financial forms, and insurance contracts)Adjust patient ledgersYour special skills:We’re proud of our company culture and heritage of awesomeness.
