Reporting to Director of Rehab. Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function. Address the whole patient and treat them as an individual. Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and refer patients as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Posted Salary Range: USD $54.00 – $60.00 /hr.
