Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for new clients, evaluating their mental health history, substance use issues, and individual treatment needs.

• Develop comprehensive and tailored treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders using evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and engage clients in group therapy programs, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI.)

• Collaborate closely with treatment team members to ensure all aspects of client care are integrated and holistic, including routine consultations and case reviews.

• Provide families with psychoeducation and support, helping them understand the recovery process and how they can contribute to their loved one's success.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records that comply with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring integrity in documentation and billing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
