Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for new clients, evaluating their mental health history, substance use issues, and individual treatment needs. \n
- Develop comprehensive and tailored treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders using evidence-based methodologies. \n
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions and engage clients in group therapy programs, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI.) \n
- Collaborate closely with treatment team members to ensure all aspects of client care are integrated and holistic, including routine consultations and case reviews. \n
- Provide families with psychoeducation and support, helping them understand the recovery process and how they can contribute to their loved one's success. \n
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records that comply with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring integrity in documentation and billing processes. \n
You will primarily work with adults from diverse backgrounds facing challenges related to mental health and substance abuse. Our clients often navigate complex life situations such as trauma, family dynamics, and socio-economic hardships. Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required; a master’s or doctor’s degree is highly preferred. \n
- Previous experience or specialized training in addiction counseling and substance abuse treatment methodologies. \n
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices relevant to substance use disorder treatment and co-occurring mental health conditions. \n
- Exceptional therapeutic skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport and motivate clients throughout their recovery journey. \n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills essential for working effectively within a remote treatment team. \n

- Experience delivering therapy in a telehealth setting is preferred. \n
- Familiarity with various electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms. \n
- Proven track record of successful client outcomes through individualized treatment plans. \n
