Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Miller Behavioral Services, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that include both joint and individual meetings for couples and families.
\n
• Addressing familial and relational issues, such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, and conflicts among family members.

• Implementing evidence-based therapies and interventions tailored to the unique dynamics of each family unit.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers within our community health clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Engaging in continual professional development, contributing to a culture of growth and excellence in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients, focusing on both adults and children/adolescents. You will specifically address issues often found in family settings, including but not limited to:

\n
• Managing grief and loss experiences.

• Resolving conflicts among family members.

Qualifications\n

To successfully fill this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
