Production AssemblerGreat opportunity to join a local family-owned company with a product line known around the world. Straight Arrow, the makers of Mane 'n Tail skin and haircare products, is seeking an Assembler to join their growing team in their newly renovated Easton, PA warehouse. Attention to detail, a strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude are a must! This is a full-time day shift position – Monday through Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30pm.What you'll doMonitor the production lineParticipate in line changeover between production runs, adding some variety in your dayRead and follow guides and processes related to product labelingAssist in quality control of end productsClean the line at the end of each shift and during any downtimeFollow safety guidelines.What you need to thrive in this roleHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPrior assembly and/or QC experience in an assembly environment a plus!Experience in a warehouse environment a plus!Ability to stand for the full 8-hour shift and lift up to 35lbsStrong attention to detailSelf-motivated team playerSafety focusedAbility to read, write & understand written EnglishAbility to communicate with internal customersGeneral computer knowledgeAbout us Founded in 1970, Straight Arrow has grown to be the leading manufacturer for several leading brands in the equine and personal skin and hair care markets.
