Wound Care Nurse

Join our team at Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Wound Care Nurse. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full‑time opportunity available Shift: Monday through Friday 6 a.m.–2 p.m. Same Day Pay! Pay Rate: $33.00 – $36.00 per hour No Frills Program for Full‑Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay. Responsibilities Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment. Demonstrate sound clinical judgement. Provide wound care in accordance with patient needs and best clinical judgement. Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers. Provide direction to clinical team members. Maintain resident confidentiality. Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided. Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN or RN license in Virginia. Wound Care Certified strongly preferred but not required. Valid BLS Certification (CPR). Must have at least 2 years prior experience working as a Wound Care Nurse in a Nursing Home setting.
