Seeking an experienced Product Development Engineer to lead engineering team to full commercialization of products in the Intellitech family of precision dispensing pumps. Strong electro-mechanical design experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes required.
Responsibilities:
- Review and identify opportunities for product design completion and/or improvement
- Lead engineering team to complete design plan, design reviews, drawing packages and related documentation
- Present to senior management to secure final approval for production
- Follow through the successful manufacture of products
Qualifications:
- Five to 10 years of applicable, proven experience in design and commercialization of electro-mechanical equipment
- Deep knowledge of production processes, methods and materials
- Mastery of SolidWorks CAD tools and PDM
- Ability to plan and lead engineering group in a design-controlled environment operating per ISO-9001 QMS standards
- Strong communication skills and proven leadership experience
- Deadline and detail-oriented
