Pediatric LPN – Heath, OH 43056

$31/hour | Weekly Pay | Monday–Thursday | Day Shifts

We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 1-year-old pediatric patient in the comfort of their home in Heath, Ohio .

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate one-on-one pediatric nursing care
• Perform G-tube care
• Administer medications as ordered
• Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition
• Follow the individualized plan of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with the family and clinical team

The home has two small dogs, so applicants should be comfortable working around pets.

What We're Looking For

• Active Ohio LPN license required
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• G-tube experience required
• Medication administration experience required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and attention to detail
• Professional and dependable
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
