Senior Tax Accountant, CPA
Our client in Atlanta seeks a seasoned Senior Tax Accountant, CPA to bolster their expanding team. Ideal candidates should have 3+ years of experience in CPA firms and hold a valid CPA license.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of various tax returns including corporate, partnership, LLC, trust, estate, and individual.
- Contribution to tax planning initiatives.
- Identification of client issues, devising innovative solutions, and effective communication with clients, managers, and shareholders.
- Cultivation of strong client relationships, gaining the trust of key client personnel.
- Demonstration of a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses.
- Leadership in staff development, including education and delegation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
- CPA Certification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in public accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Dedication to teamwork and capacity for leadership.
- Ability to supervise and train staff.
- Proficiency in analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
