Join Our Client, an industry leader in Tualatin, OR! We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst skilled in process improvement, Excel, and Power BI to drive data-driven operational excellence.

responsibilities:

• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, automate, and maintain comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards in Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable business insights.
• Process Improvement: Plan, execute, and implement process improvement initiatives across cross-functional project teams to elevate operational performance.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze datasets to identify root causes, uncover process gaps, and present strategic, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Performance Measurement: Establish, track, and publish key operational metrics against established targets to ensure alignment with business goals for Our Client.
• Change Management: Facilitate smooth change management for process and data updates while guiding stakeholders toward long-term, data-driven decisions.

- Develop, automate, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards in both Excel &

Power BI.

- Analyze datasets to provide insights and create visualizations that tell a compelling data

story.
