Position Summary: The MIG Welder is responsible for performing high-quality MIG welding on metal components according to blueprints and production specifications. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

- Perform MIG welding on metal components and fabricated parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform minor grinding, fitting, and finishing as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years of MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
