Job Summary
A licensed Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient (PT OP) services is needed in Grand Prairie, Texas. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services in a clinical setting. Candidates are required to bring their active license on the first day of the assignment.

- Required Qualifications: Valid active physical therapy license; no specific experience requirements; must be licensed in Texas; must be available to work days; candidates will be providing outpatient therapy services.
- Additional Information: Equipment will be provided during the interview; billing cycle is weekly; a notice period of 30 days is required; parking will be provided during the first day; dress code will be provided during the first day; holiday weeks may apply.
- Float: No float rotation required.
- Submission Instructions: Candidates with prior PRN/perm work within the last year at the same organization are ineligible; candidates with previous work history more than one year ago should be assessed for eligibility by contacting the designated supervisor.
