There is easy access to the Oregon Coast, Cascade Mountains, Portland Metropolitan area, and Oregon Wine Country.New graduates are welcome to apply.Primary Responsibilities:Work at the top of your licensure while providing excellent pediatric care to patientsProvide care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for various health conditionsCare for patients with complex comorbiditiesPractice evidence-based medicineWork collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide individualized treatment for patientsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:* Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate program. * Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate, or ability to obtain prior to start. * Oregon license or ability to obtain prior to start. * DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start. * Current BLS certification.Preferred Qualifications:Pediatric or Primary Care outpatient experience as an NP or PACompensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500- $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
