Corporate Finance Associate (35 Years) Multiple Locations | Hybrid
Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join a leading law firm's Corporate Advisory Practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated finance and banking transactions across multiple major markets.
Responsibilities
- Support corporate finance and banking transactions
- Draft and review transaction documents and financing agreements
- Conduct legal analysis and assist with deal execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex matters
Qualifications
- 35 years of corporate/transactional experience (finance & banking focus)
- Strong drafting, analytical, and writing skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $225,000 $435,000 + bonus (based on class year)
