Remote Bilingual Telephone Agent
- Must live in one of the following states: Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Ohio, Utah, Texas or Virginia
- 100% Remote Position & Paid Training
- No Selling • No Telemarketing • No Debt Collection
- Assist both English AND Spanish speaking callers

3 Current Openings (Part-Time, 15-25 Hours/Week)
(ALL EMPLOYEES HAVE 2 DAYS OFF; 1 WEEKEND DAY AND ONE WEEKDAY)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday
6:00 AM - 3:00 PM MT (range)
Saturday (6:00 AM - 11:00PM)
**SWING SHIFT
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
2:00 PM - 11:00 PM MT (range)
Saturday or Sunday (6:00 AM - 11:00PM)
**SWING/GRAVE SHIFT
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
6:00 PM - 2:30 AM MT (range)
Thursday
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM MT (range)
Every day is different. You'll handle calls for healthcare providers, HVAC companies, law firms, property managers, government agencies, and many other businesses. Your role is simply to answer calls, gather information, take messages, and help callers according to each client's specific instructions.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
Apello provides service 24/7, 365 days per year. Telephone Agents are required to work:
Weekends:
One weekend day EVERY week - either Saturday or Sunday . See specific requirements above. This is every week. It is NOT rotating.
Holidays:
Apello provides service on ALL major holidays. Telephone Agents are required to work on some holidays.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must speak fluent Spanish and English and have good grammar & spelling
- Type 35+ WPM
- Excellent customer service skills utilizing patience & empathy
- Detail Oriented and be able to handle basic troubleshooting steps
- Ability to make good decisions in the absence of specific instructions
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Previous work experience preferred assisting customers over the phone is preferred but not required.
- High School diploma preferred, but Apello does employee high performing High School students
REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a quiet, private work environment with a door that can be closed. Other adults, children, or pets may not be present in the room with you while you are working.
- You must provide your own desktop or laptop computer running WINDOWS 11 with approved antivirus.
- You must provide your own high-speed internet connection and be willing to have an ethernet connection from computer to laptop.
- You must have a phone (can be a cell phone) that you can used for calls when needed
- You must have a shredder
