Job Description

Join our team to perform a variety of general labor tasks in a dynamic metal manufacturing environment. Your role will involve prepping parts for welders, machine operators, and metal fabrication workers, as well as assisting with material handling, loading, and unloading. You will use tape measures, hand tools, and power tools to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prep parts for welders, machine operators, and metal fabrication workers.
• Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading materials.
• Utilize tape measures, hand tools, and power tools effectively.

Essential Skills

• Experience in fabrication.
• Proficiency with power and hand tools.
• Competence in material handling.
• General labor skills in manufacturing production.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Any education or certifications related to the manufacturing industry are a bonus.
• Experience with overhead cranes is a bonus.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate controlled, requiring adaptability to varying temperatures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, MO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
