The Brain Modulation business competes in dynamic market supporting patients with Deep Brain Stimulation therapy and MRI-guided laser ablation technology in thermal ablation for cranial neurosurgery. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Prepare comprehensive financial analysis and presentations for leadership and help interpret financial results for both finance and business teams. Develop and monitor AOP, forecasts and latest best estimates, ensuring accurate financial projections. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making and provide recommendations and influence the future direction of Brain Modulation. Investigates financial results, prepares, and assists in the production of key month-end close activities Support Brain Modulation Core Teams, project accounting processes, system, and reporting Attend and support certain IBP and PRC meeting and facilitate strategic discussions on key decisions/gaps in the portfolio Communicate effectively, deliver clear presentations including effectively influencing up, down and across the organization to implement enterprise goals and initiatives. Partner with marketing and therapy director to evaluate investment opportunities. Lead and evaluate analysis to draw conclusions and develop insightful recommendations and solutions; design deliverable content for executive level presentations. Lead or support key ad-hoc projects, including key financial lead on multi-function projects that require a high level of financial and business acumen.
