As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative , you will:
- Build long-term, repeat customers in your local area ---- being able to work close to home!
- Sell premium lubricants, fuel additives, and greases used across agriculture, trucking, construction, manufacturing, and fleets
- Control your schedule, your income, and your growth
- Secure protected accounts — we protect the work you build
- Focus on relationships while Schaeffer handles manufacturing, logistics, billing, and support
Earnings & Incentives
- No cap on commissions
- Commission rate - discussed in interview
- Paid twice monthly
