Certifications Required: - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) Certifications Preferred: - CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) preferred but not required for RNs - CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) preferred for Techs Experience and Skills: - Experience with maintaining sterile fields, foley catheter insertion, and central line dressing changes. Education: - BSN not required License: - Must have an active RN license to submit Additional Information: - Experience in acute care settings - Ability to work shifts of 4-10 hour days with mandatory call and potential weekends/holidays - Competency in using Cerner/Surginet EMR system - Charge nurse and CST experience is a plus - Open to floating to General OR or BNI OR Leadership Experience: - Not specified as required Specialized Clinical Experience: - Experience with common cases like open heart, vascular, thoracic, esophageal, general, hepatobiliary, and transplants (lung, liver, and kidney) is beneficial.
