Ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact? We'd love to meet you! Plant Support Specialist What You'll Be Doing No two days are exactly alike! You'll help keep our plant running smoothly by: Operating equipment like skid loaders, mini-excavators, backhoes, telehandlers, and water trucks. Performing general maintenance and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks. Working safely while following all company and regulatory safety standards. Tackling hands-on labor including loading, unloading, lifting, moving materials, and keeping the plant in top shape. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Jumping in wherever needed to support the team. What We're Looking For You're a great fit if you: Have experience operating mobile equipment (or are eager to learn!). Put safety first—every shift, every task. Don't mind getting your hands dirty and enjoy physical work. Can lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions. Are comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces. Are dependable, hardworking, and willing to work extended hours when needed.
