Pay: $23.00–$24.00/hour 

Shift: 2nd Shift

We’re hiring an experienced Die Setter to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team! If you have hands-on experience with injection molding, mold changes, and machine setup , this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work while earning $23–$24/hr .

We’re looking for someone who can confidently perform mold changes, maintain molding equipment, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Perform scheduled mold/die changes on injection molding machines
• Set up and prepare molding equipment for production
• Perform preventative maintenance on molding machines
• Complete Level 1 preventative maintenance on molding tools
• Troubleshoot and support day-to-day molding operations
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
• Complete additional production-related duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of die setting experience in plastics manufacturing
• Knowledge of injection molding processes and machine operation
• Experience performing mold changes and machine setups
• Ability to use various hand tools
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable and safety-focused
