Seeking a receptionist for part-time hours with full-time potential, depending on availability and growing needs. You will be trained with our software for the intake of all clients/pets for pet grooming, boarding, and daycare. You will receive the pets, review all information is up to date, input new client and pet information, including vaccination records, schedule future appointments in consultation with the manager and other staff, check out clients, and maintain a well-organized work space. The hours can be fairly flexible depending on your schedule; approximately 9 am - 2 pm through 9 am - 4 pm would be preferred depending on the scheduling needs day to day. Experience preferred but not required as long as your attitude is great and friendly, and you love dogs. If you meet the requirements, you will qualify for a matching 401(K) after 1 year of employment. Max pay may increase over time as the company and its needs grow. You will never be asked to handle other hands-on duties other than reception unless you directly express a desire to learn another skill/trade in our environment. We will also provide training on dog temperament.
