Job Summary Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time sales team members. As part of our Sales Team you will provide a superior experience to our valued customers, helping them celebrate life and express love. Responsibilities Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires. Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products. Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options. Meet individual and team sales goals. Requirements Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives. Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays. Positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Strong communication and relational skills. Benefits Base pay of $18.00 - $25.60 plus commission on sales (final pay rate determined based on experience and qualifications).
