Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Opportunity in General ENT Virginia Beach, VA
Position: APP in General ENT
Location: Virginia Beach/Norfolk area
Practice Overview:
-Join a physician-owned and run ENT group.
-Focus on General ENT in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Base Salary: $130k-150k, dependent on experience (DOE).
Incentives and Bonus Structure: Potential for total compensation of $175k-190k+.
No Hospital or ER Call: Emphasis on quality of life and work-life balance.
Sign-On Bonus: Attractive offer for joining the team.
Relocation: Assistance available for transitioning to the area.
PTO: Generous paid time off to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Practice Schedule:

3 Days Per Week, 12-Hour Shifts : Enjoy a condensed, predictable schedule focused on outpatient care.
No hospital or ER call duties , promoting an exceptional work-life balance.

Requirements:

Must have ENT experience - Preferred
