Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentations

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health or a related field
• Strong knowledge of healthcare protocols and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
