Travel Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse - $2,242 per week

Patterns Hiring is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Hilo, Hawaii.

Job Description & Requirements

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
No holiday RTO requests please.
Day or Night Shift Availability (TBD) - 13-week contract - Scheduled 36 hours per week
Will be required to work various shift lengths and various days. Must be flexible.
General Job Duties:
RN med/surg level care of patients 18 and over. May float to surg peds or transitional care units.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, chest tubes, etc.
Required skills and minimum years of experience: 2 + years’ med surg or higher level of care.
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS required, ACLS is required.
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: Medical - 50
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: Medical 1:5
