Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney
Seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to manage personal injury litigation cases, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, settlements, and trial preparation for our client. We are seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to manage a caseload of 15-20 personal injury litigation cases for our client, handling pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, mediation, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, client communication, and supervision of legal support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 15-20 plaintiff personal injury cases.
- Draft and file complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Handle discovery disputes and conduct depositions.
- Draft and argue motions in court.
- Assist with mediation and settlement negotiations.
- Prepare cases for trial and provide trial support.
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates and legal matters.
- Supervise paralegals and legal support staff.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar membership in good standing.
- 2-8 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities.
- Strong organizational and case-management skills.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $150,000+, depending on experience.
