Registered Nurse

Insight Global is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading long-term care and retirement community in Meadville, PA. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced nurse who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is committed to providing exceptional care to the senior population.
Coordinate and oversee resident care throughout assigned units.
Develop, implement, and manage individualized care plans.
Execute physician orders and monitor resident progress.
Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete incident reporting as required.
Conduct compliance audits and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Required Skills & Experience

Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current CPR certification.
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
