OH - NP contract need in New Washington - ASAP-July 28 Tuesdays

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for part-time contract assignment for Tuesdays starting May 19-July 28 at their Corporate Health clinic in New Washington, OH. Provider will be working solo to see employees and their family members ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and annual physicals. Hours are Tuesday 7:00am-3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Candidates must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty and excellent Phlebotomy skills to be considered for this assignment. Experience in Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine is preferred. Client will consider another weekday if Tuesday is not workable. Current shift needs are May 19 & 26; June 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30; July 7, 14, 21, & 28.
