PT - Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team at our new state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will focus on providing high-quality care to a mixed patient population within an outpatient setting. Responsibilities Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 40-minute follow-up sessions for patients. Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Maintain a productivity goal of 70% (2.7 units per hour with evaluations weighted based on complexity). No double booking or overlapping of patients, ensuring focused care. Utilize NetHealth/Redoc EMR for documentation and patient management. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Applicants must hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
