Senior Field Marketing Manager | AI SaaS | Remote US

An exciting opportunity to build and lead the field marketing function for a newly Series B-funded AI company transforming how global enterprises develop new products.

Backed by leading investors, our client is scaling rapidly and looking for a commercially minded field marketer who can create exceptional executive experiences that translate directly into sales opportunities.

This is a strategic, hands-on role, not simply event management.

The Role

• Build and own the company's field marketing and executive events strategy.
• Create high-impact CTO roundtables, executive dinners and invitation-only programmes for senior enterprise decision-makers.
• Identify and manage strategic industry conferences, including audience development and executive engagement.
• Partner with Sales, ABM and Demand Generation to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate enterprise deals.
• Develop compelling event themes, curate agendas and secure relevant speakers.
• Own event execution, budgets and performance measurement from start to finish.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on field or event marketing experience within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Proven ownership of executive-level events , including roundtables, VIP dinners or similar programmes.
• Demonstrable commercial impact , with measurable results in pipeline generation, account engagement or deal acceleration.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales, ABM and Demand Generation teams.
• Ability to develop event strategy, content themes and executive programming, not just manage logistics.
• Comfortable operating independently, managing both strategy and execution.
• US-based and willing to travel for events.

Experience in AI or high-growth enterprise software is particularly attractive but not mandatory.
