Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Pennsylvania (PA)
Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a talented and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Pennsylvania. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism. We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters growth, development, and success for our clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with caregivers and other professionals
Conduct assessments, data collection, and analyses to inform treatment goals and objectives
NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations
$105-$120 HOURLY compensation package
