Pest Control Sales RepresentativeThe Opportunity:If you're someone who doesn't wait for opportunity—you go knock on it—this role is built for you. We're looking for driven individuals to work with homeowners, identify pest issues, provide solutions, and grow a strong, recurring customer base.What You'll Do:· Meet homeowners face-to-face and build relationships· Perform property inspections to identify pest risks· Recommend customized service solutions· Close sales through door-to-door prospecting and build long-term accounts· Develop and manage your own territory· Generate referrals and expand your presenceWhat You Can Earn:$60K–$90K typical performers$100K+ top performersUncapped commissionsRequirements:· Self-driven and competitive mindset· Strong communication skills· Ability to handle rejection· Sales experience preferred but not required
