Commercial Carpenter

Join a growing commercial construction team working on office buildings, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, schools, warehouses, and tenant fit-out projects. We're seeking an experienced Commercial Carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship and safety.

• Perform metal stud framing, drywall backing, blocking, and finish carpentry
• Install doors, frames, hardware, millwork, and trim
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Build walls, partitions, ceilings, and other commercial structures
• Complete renovations, tenant improvements, and build-outs
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Collaborate with project teams to meet schedules and deadlines

• 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience preferred
• Experience with metal stud framing and drywall systems
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience installing doors, frames, hardware, and millwork
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to various job sites
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brentwood, NY.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
