Industrial Radiography Technician – NDT (Castings)

Muskegon County, MI

You arrive to a clean, well-organized radiography cell, review the production schedule, and set up to image wax and metal castings against precise customer specifications. You’ll capture and interpret radiographs, compare indications to technical criteria, and make confident, independent calls that keep quality high and product moving. Whether you’re on 2nd, 3rd, or a weekend crew, you collaborate closely with teammates to meet timelines and maintain throughput—without compromising standards.

We have openings on all shifts.

• Execute X-ray radiography on wax and metal castings to verify compliance with customer requirements.
• Read and interpret detailed images and technical data with sustained concentration at a workstation.
• Exercise sound judgment to accept or reject parts based on inspection results.
• Coordinate within your assigned area to support production schedules.
• Maintain the flexibility to work any shift, including weekends, as needed.

• Base pay: $27.75 per hour

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Minimum of two years of work experience, or six months of continuous manufacturing experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)

• Experience in industrial manufacturing and/or quality control/nondestructive inspection
• Hands-on background with industrial radiography
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
• Confidence working independently and making decisions with limited oversight
