Salary: $19.22 - $24.60 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Goal Setting: Assist individuals in identifying and achieving recovery-oriented goals, including housing and sobriety.
• Advocacy & Outreach: Offer encouragement, crisis support, and connect clients to community resources.
• Lived Experience: The core requirement is personal experience in recovery from substance use, mental health, or dual disorders.
• Recovery: Must have lived experience with mental health and/or substance use challenges.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Certification specializing in Crisis Prevention credentialed from the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) preferred.
  • Nurse Aide credentialed from the Illinois Department of Public Health preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Must have Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) or the ability to obtain one

Must be 21 years old

Must have a personal vehicle
