Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record patients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Administer medications and assist with mobility and physical exercises.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress.

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Previous experience in a home health or caregiving role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
