Seasonal Part-Time BartenderRaintree Golf and Event Center in Uniontown, OH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a seasonal part-time Bartender! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.General Purpose: Makes and serves guests delicious beverages in accordance with established standards and with hospitality and professionalism. Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions. This is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less.Key Responsibilities:Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products and communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.Accountable for checks and cash transactions.
