Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and vendor management within a 2-hour radius of Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex
• Able to travel within Dallas Fort-Worth
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ownership groups, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and CAM reconciliations
• Monitor and analyze monthly financial reports; provide variance explanations and performance insights
• Able to manage the eviction process in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Weekly reporting with the supervisor to review delinquencies, evictions etc.
• Ensure timely rent collection and oversee accounts receivable/payable processes
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are maintained
• Manage service contracts and vendor performance to ensure quality and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with leasing teams to support tenant retention, renewals, and new leasing activity
• Lead lease-up operations, achieving stabilized occupancy ahead of schedule
• Ensure compliance with local, state (TEXAS), and federal regulations, including safety and fair housing guidelines (if applicable)
• Support capital improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution

Experience

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience
• Lease up experience is mandatory
• Broker/Realtor relationships
• Proven experience with Texas Property Management laws
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with MRI, Yardi, Appfolio, Canopy or similar systems preferred
• CPM designation or candidacy is a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Realtor and/or Property Manager license is preferred

• Build a deep understanding of assigned assets, tenant mix, and ownership objectives
• Establish strong, responsive relationships with tenants, vendors, and ownership
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting with clear, actionable insights
• Maintain high property standards through consistent inspections and proactive issue resolution
• Contribute to improved occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and overall asset performance
• Email reports; Profit and Loss, Occupancy rate, Improvements

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 - $80,000
