As an Assistant Manager, you will be assisting in all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Drive this top performing location to break national company records and infuse the team with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences. Foster a positive work environment that encourages ideas and innovative problem solving. Coach performance through available metrics and encourage associatesulfillment of professional growth through achievement and accountability. Implement and execute systems/processes consistent with a high performing franchise. Create visual tracking and analytical reports using Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 80% of time is customer facing; you will also be responsible for administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory and reporting. Requirements and Education High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of experience in Customer Service (preferred). 2 years of experience in Sales (preferred). Reliable means of transportation.
