Job Description

Job Title : Class A CDL Driver - Roll Off Trailer and Wide Load
Location : West Point, Virginia

Pay: $28+hr (performance based pay as well) - OT after 40hrs

Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• Start time at 6:30 AM
• End time around 5:30pm
• Averaging 50 - 60 hours per week

Position Overview & Key Responsibilities
• Drive a Class A CDL Roll-Off Trailer - these will be wide loads of floor and roof trusses.
• Complete 3 - 4 delivery stops per day
• Run mostly local routes within a 100 mile radius
• Safely unload materials using a Roll-Off trailer and at times by hand but this is infrequent
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain DOT compliance
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following company safety procedures

Qualifications/Requirements
• Valid Class A license required
• Valid DOT Medical Card required
• Open to taking and training newly licensed drivers
• Experience operating a Roll-Off and Wide Loads are preferred
• Ability to safely lift 50lbs - will strap and secure but it is mostly a hands off position
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
