Job Description The Brand Manager serves as the leader of the beverage portfolio. In this role, the Brand Manager is responsible for developing a vision and strategy for the portfolio, leading the execution of brand marketing plans, developing an innovation pipeline to ensure long‑term success in the marketplace and managing brand investments. The Brand Manager will work closely in conjunction with the Marketing Department and Franchise Management. Develop a marketing plan focused against driving awareness and trial in new and existing markets Manage strategic planning and day‑to‑day activities with Franchise Management Handle all aspects of general market coupon development and management Work with Channel Directors and Key Account Managers (KAMs) on channel and/or account specific brand programs and Look of Success (LOS) Work closely with Commercialization team to communicate initiatives and ensure execution Work with Marketing Department to develop and deploy selling tools to support programs Optimize portfolio and ensure mix is as effective and efficient as possible in an effort to drive the highest levels of awareness, trial and brand preference Build innovation strategies and plans to further differentiate brands by flavor and package Act as conduit between supply chain and Sales & Marketing team to ensure smooth product launches and accurate forecasting Lead complex analysis across all aspects of the business to understand current situation and develop plans to win in the marketplace Negotiating and administering funding through brand, innovation, and BD+L Negotiating and administering incentives (Developing, tracking, payouts) Interacting with Sales Center and engaging in trade rides Conducting brand planning (Thematic planning and programming) Responsible for Dealer Loader Distribution with Sales Centers and KAMs Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration required 3+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing or related field required Previous leadership experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail, strong organization ability and time management skills Ability to work in an office environment that could include extended periods of sitting or standing, while occasionally lifting or carrying materials and supplies Valid driver’s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements.
