Assembly Associate - Day Shift Location: Macedon, NY | $16.50/hr Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Weekly Pay | Temp-to-hire Opportunity Looking for a steady Monday-Friday position with weekends off? Kelly Professional & Industrial is hiring Assembly Associates for a well-established manufacturing company in Macedon, NY. If you enjoy hands-on work, have excellent hand-eye coordination, and take pride in assembling quality products, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Cut lanyards and other materials to the required specifications. Crimp or weld hardware onto finished products. Attach clips, fasteners, and other components according to work instructions. Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality. Qualifications Reliable transportation to Macedon, NY. Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or other hands-on experience preferred. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks for extended periods. Ability to sit or stand throughout the workday. Dependable with a solid work history and good attendance. Willingness to learn and follow detailed work instructions.
