The Cybersecurity Services team supports the creation of new and improved cybersecurity services to ensure we are ready to support lululemon’s strategic objectives. We are searching for a Project Manager to drive delivery of our new capabilities and inspire fun and healthy cross functional team engagement along the way. Prior experience managing and coordinating enterprise impacting project and project metrics to provide leadership visibility over the global portfolio is ideal for this role.Lead and manage cross-functional cybersecurity projects, ensuring the successful completion of project deliverables, within scope, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with CISO to understand Cybersecurity strategic priorities and reporting requirements. Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity leadership to understand their roadmaps and identify risks of potential misalignment with strategy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, legal, compliance, and executive leadership, to effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and challenges. Analyze and report impact of shifting priorities within projects to accommodate agile business strategies. Manage various ad hoc projects required to ensure portfolio programs, processes and services are healthy. Support healthy relationships with external vendors and partners. Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, status reports, and post-project reviews. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of experience managing cybersecurity projects with proven track record of delivering new cybersecurity capabilities. Strong process coordination skills including scoping, standardization, prioritization, and risk/issues communication. Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with technology leaders and stakeholders. Very well organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver. Collaborative team player. Excellent spoken and written communication skills – both with internal stakeholders across all levels and external vendors Expert knowledge in PowerPoint and other tools to produce accurate presentations and reports Experience developing executive level communications. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, develop and track project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
