Portfolio Management Analyst

Salary: $90,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer a bachelors degree or relevant work experience in real estate and/or finance.
• We require proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• We look for a solid understanding of real estate principles, finance, and accounting.
• We value strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and a self-directed approach with a willingness to learn.
• We require strong written and verbal communication skills.
• This is an entry-level role, and prior real estate analysis experience is considered an advantage.

• We provide overall financial analysis support to our Portfolio Management group.
• We update and maintain portfolio financial projection models to estimate fund-level cash flows and returns.
• We maintain portfolio investment and diversification summaries for presentation to our Investment Committee.
• We monitor fund-level financial performance and communicate opportunities and risks.
• We coordinate and help prepare materials for quarterly and annual investor reporting, Advisory Committee meetings, webinars, and other internal reporting.
• We help establish fund- and asset-level KPIs and track performance.
• We support our firmwide data platform initiative by validating historical and new data.
• We analyze sector, strategy, and partner performance.
• We assess the financial impact of proposed capital events, such as sales and refinancings, on fund performance.
• We work closely with Acquisitions and Asset Management to add new investments into the funds and monitor ongoing asset-level performance.
• We participate in the annual business planning and valuation process.
• We coordinate with Client Services, Marketing, and Accounting to process and respond to investor requests.
• We use third-party applications such as Yardi, Chatham, and Argus for data collection and analysis.
