Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Raytheon’s Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) business is seeking a Director, Middle East North African (MENA) and Americas Requirements & Capabilities (R&C) to lead business development efforts in these high-priority growth areas. The Director will play a critical role in shaping and advancing strategic pursuits across the ASDS business unit by identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and aligning internal capabilities with mission needs. In addition, the Director will serve as the Joint Staff customer account manager (CAM). In this role the Director will track Joint Staff priorities, serve as the point of contact for Joint Staff engagements, build and maintain relationships across the Joint Staff, and coordinate visits and meetings. As a senior member of the ASDS R&C International team, the Director will be responsible for driving early engagement with customers, translating mission requirements into actionable strategies, and influencing program development and investment decisions. This role demands strong technical acumen, deep market insight, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, program management, and strategy teams to position Raytheon for long-term success in a rapidly evolving threat environment. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
