Being knowledgeable about our beers and hand-crafted cocktails

Anticipating needs, processing guests' orders, and taking payment in a hospitable and timely manner

Crafting perfect beverages

Making drinks for the entire restaurant as well as providing a full-service dining experience for guests dining at the bar and/or surrounding area

Previous experience working with a Point of Sale (POS) system

Open to varied work schedules and hours, depending on the restaurant's needs

Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds

Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time

Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights

Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest in serving guests

Team Player: Works well as a member of a group

Accountable for directing the traffic flow of guests in the restaurant, all payment transactions, and the security of the cash drawer

Records and analyzes cashflow which may include opening, running, and closing duties

All other duties as assigned

Must obtain Tulsa Food Handler Permit and Oklahoma Able Commission License
