It provides clinical oversight and direction in behavioral health programming across the Domiciliary Program. Travel between Hastings and Minneapolis locations is required. About the Organization The Minnesota Veterans Home in Hastings is a Domiciliary (DOM), an independent living community for Veterans. The program serves residents with clinical, mental, chemical, and physical needs across two campuses, Hastings and Minneapolis. Minimum Qualifications Current Minnesota licensure, in good standing, as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist (LP) with ability to provide clinical supervision or achieve Clinical Supervision Certification within 90 days of hire. Experience as a supervisor, team lead, or lead worker. Three years of experience providing mental health services, including direct assessment and treatment of individuals with behavioral health concerns. Additional evaluation criteria include: ability to formulate and implement individualized treatment plans, provide mental health treatment, develop collaborative behavior care plans, and use DSM; ability to teach mental health content; effectiveness in multidisciplinary teams; sound judgment; professional boundaries; leadership and clinical supervision experience; and experience with documentation in Electronic Health Records and Microsoft programs. Valid driver’s license or ability to travel regularly between Hastings and Minneapolis. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing individual and group therapy to Veterans with mental illness, PTSD, polytrauma, substance use disorders, suicide prevention, geriatrics, or service-era related care. Experience with program development, collaboration, and building networks of behavioral health within health systems, including nursing, social work, providers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals.
